All EDJ VNTGE mystery boxes are individually hand-picked and curated to order. Our products are not pre-packed and are assembled specifically for each customer at the time of purchase. Due to the bespoke nature of our service, dispatch times are longer than standard retail operations in order to ensure proper sourcing, quality control, and careful curation of vintage garments. Shipping times may vary depending on box size, stock availability, and overall order volume.

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

United Kingdom: Up to 15 working days

International (including Europe & Rest of World): Approximately 3–5 weeks

Larger boxes or multiple-box orders may require additional preparation time due to the increased number of garments being individually curated.

Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not at the time of purchase. Once an order has been processed for shipment, tracking information will be provided where available. If tracking displays a status such as “expecting parcel,” this indicates that the order has been prepared and is awaiting courier collection or processing. Short delays between label creation and courier scanning are normal and do not indicate non-fulfilment or loss.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. EDJ VNTGE does not control or reimburse these charges.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the stated processing and shipping timeframes and understand that dispatch within these timeframes does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or payment dispute.
