REFUND POLICY

EDJ VNTGE sells second-hand, pre-owned vintage clothing through curated mystery boxes. All items are previously worn and are sold as vintage garments, meaning they are not new and are expected to show natural and reasonable signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. Such characteristics may include fading, minor marks, light fabric wear, slight stitching imperfections, or general signs of previous ownership. These features are inherent to vintage clothing and do not constitute faults or defects. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that normal vintage wear and variation is part of the product category and is not grounds for a return, refund, or dispute.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, second-hand goods are not required to be accepted for return if a customer changes their mind. Due to the nature of our business model, which includes the sale of mystery boxes where items are randomly selected, we do not accept returns based on personal preference, style, brand expectation, resale value, or dissatisfaction with the assortment received. When purchasing a mystery box, customers understand and agree that item selection is random and that aesthetic preference does not qualify as a fault.

A return will only be considered if an item is proven to be faulty or damaged beyond what would reasonably be expected from normal vintage wear. If an item is confirmed to be defective beyond acceptable vintage condition, we will offer a replacement, or in rare cases where replacement is not possible, a refund. Claims relating solely to standard wear and tear, age-related characteristics, or subjective dissatisfaction do not qualify as valid grounds for a refund. If an incorrect size is sent compared to what was ordered, we will provide a replacement; however, incorrect sizing does not qualify for a refund. Where a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Due to the second-hand nature of our products and the mystery box format, all sales are final except where goods are proven to be faulty beyond normal vintage wear and tear.
